The Nashua clinic is offering mat pilates classes every Wednesday starting November 9th from 6-7 a.m. for 7 weeks, with a drop-in fee of $10 a class.

- At the Amherst/Milford clinic, Karin Biskovich is now a Certified Graston Provider. In Manchester, T.J. Chandonnet recently became trained in Graston technique®.
- Ben Biskovich, diector of the Londonderry clinic, is now certified in Dry Needling. This technique uses small needles, that often the patient does not feel. They are inserted into trigger points, and can give both immediate relief and long term results.
- Congratulations to Karin Biskovich, director of Apple Therapy Amherst/Milford. She participated in the Best of the US Amateur Triathlete Competition in California on October 10th. We are proud of her impressive 13th place finish!!

Congratulations to Tammie Robie for her first place finish at the Cigna 5K in Manchester! She has been treating at the Apple Therapy office in Amherst/Milford with Karin Biskovich, PT for a hamstring injury. We are all wishing Tammie well in her upcoming Chicago marathon, and hope she meets her goal of olympic trial qualifying time. Good luck!!
- Apple Therapy in Nashua now offers Complete Decongestive Therapy. Carol Lewis, OT/CHT is now a Certified Lymphedema Therapist. This treatment accompanies a patient's regular OT or PT sessions to specifically address swelling. Carol uses a combination of manual techniques to address swelling and follows this with specialized compressive bandages or garments. CDT is performed for a period of two weeks in 8-10 visits.
- The Bedford clinic continues to offer Bowen therapy with an occupational therapist.
